Benefits Specialist

Develop a comprehensive benefits framework, including logic models, attribution pathways, and quantification logic aligned to programme interventions
Create a robust Benefits Register that links programme activities to strategic objectives and financial benefits
Collaborate closely with analytical teams to establish baselines, metrics, and benefit measures to build an evidence-based, defensible benefits model
Design dashboards, templates, and assurance products to integrate benefits tracking and reporting into the programme's governance structure
Secure benefits ownership, run validation sessions, and drive adoption of the benefits management approach across multiple workstreams
Deliver structured knowledge transfer materials, walkthroughs, and training to ensure sustainable benefits management capabilities
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:
Extensive experience in designing and implementing benefits management frameworks for complex transformation programmes
Proven track record of developing Benefits Registers, including logic models, attribution pathways, and quantification logic
Ability to collaborate effectively with analytical functions to create evidence-based benefits models
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills to secure ownership and drive adoption of the benefits approach
Excellent communication and facilitation skills to deliver impactful knowledge transfer and training
Proficiency in using data visualization and reporting tools to track and report on programme benefits
Relevant experience in the public sector or government environment
