The Role:

The role will be to proactively manage the implementation of a Benefits framework within DSA and work with Teams within DSA to co-ordinate the capturing and realisation of Benefits


Responsibilities:

  • Implementation of a benefits framework within DSA.
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders.
  • Co-Ordinate Benefits capture and realisation.
  • Business change.


Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience within a benefits management role.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience of business change and change management.
