Position Overview: Our Private Equity client is looking for a Benefits Associate to join their team in a hands-on role managing employee benefits and supporting global mobility and immigration processes. This individual will serve as the main point of contact for benefits-related queries and will oversee the administration, communication, and continuous improvement of benefit programmes across several regions.


Desired Experience:

  • Strong track record in benefits administration, global mobility, or immigration within a multinational or fast-paced environment.
  • Solid understanding of international benefits structures and immigration compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with employees at all levels.
  • Sound judgement and ability to escalate issues appropriately when needed.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in financial services, professional services, or private equity environments is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Workday and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience working as part of a distributed global team.
