Bench Joiner – Poole

Position: Bench Joiner Location: Poole, Dorset Pay: £15-18 per hour (depending on experience)

A growing bespoke joinery workshop is looking for a skilled Bench Joiner to join their team. The company specialises in high-quality custom joinery with a focus on staircases and precision craftsmanship.

What We’re Looking For

* At least 2 years’ experience as a bench joiner

* Strong workshop skills — measuring, cutting, assembly, and finishing

* Experience with stair production is desirable but not essential

* Ability to read technical drawings and work accurately to specification

* Excellent attention to detail

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
