You will: Welcome guests with genuine warmth and an infectious smile. Assist guests in and out of vehicles, opening doors with courtesy and professionalism. Handle all luggage requirements promptly, carefully, and with attention to detail. Share your knowledge of hotel facilities, services, local attractions, and events to enhance the guest experience. Deliver and collect guest packages, messages, and letters efficiently. Maintain the luggage storage area, ensuring all items are labelled and stored neatly. Provide valet parking service when required, ensuring vehicles are handled with care and efficiency. About You: You naturally deliver service to the highest standard and take pride in making guests feel valued. With a smart, professional appearance and excellent communication skills, you thrive in a team environment and are always ready to support your colleagues.
