This is a fantastic opportunity for a Behaviour Teaching Assistant to work closely with pupils who require additional behavioural support, including those with SEMH needs, ADHD, and associated challenges. The successful Behaviour Teaching Assistant will play a key role in helping pupils manage their behaviour, engage with learning, and build positive relationships. This Behaviour Teaching Assistant role will involve: * Providing 1:1 and small group behavioural support * Implementing behaviour management strategies * Supporting pupils with emotional regulation * Encouraging positive engagement with learning * Working closely with teachers and pastoral staff The ideal Behaviour Teaching Assistant will have experience working with children or young people and a strong understanding of behaviour support strategies.
