Academics are seeking a confident and supportive Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to work with pupils requiring additional behavioural support in a primary school in Dover.

What you'll do as a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant:

* Support pupils with behaviour regulation strategies
* Provide 1:1 and small group support
* Promote positive learning behaviours
* Build strong relationships with pupils
* Support the wider classroom environment

What we're looking for in a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant:

* Experience supporting behaviour needs (desirable)
* Calm and consistent approach
* Positive attitude and resilience
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
* You must have right to work in the UK in order to apply - unfortunately we cannot offer Visa sponsorship.
