Long Term Futures is working with a supportive primary school in Camden to recruit a Teaching Assistant to support a Year 1 child with complex behavioural needs. The child requires 1:1 support and can at times be aggressive towards adults, so this role suits someone calm, resilient and confident with behaviour management.

Your role:

1:1 support throughout the school day Help with emotional regulation and behaviour strategies Work closely with the teacher and SENCO Support access to learning in a safe, structured wayThe school offers:
