Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant (1:1) - Year 5 Full-Time | Immediate Start

We are currently recruiting for a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to work on a 1:1 basis with a Year 5 pupil who presents with significant behavioural needs. This role is highly rewarding and requires consistency, resilience, and a proactive approach to supporting both learning and emotional regulation.

Key Responsibilities

Provide dedicated 1:1 support for a Year 5 pupil with complex behavioural needs Implement effective behaviour management and de-escalation strategies Support the delivery of an individualised learning and behaviour plan Encourage engagement with learning where appropriate Promote a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment Record and report on behaviour patterns, progress, and interventions

The Ideal Candidate
