Behaviour Support Lead - High Wycombe-Education and Training £150-£200 per day (dependent on experience) We are urgently seeking an experienced and dynamic Behaviour Support Lead to join a specialist provision in High Wycombe for a two-term role starting immediately. This is an excellent opportunity for a committed professional to take on a highly influential position supporting vulnerable young people with significant behavioural and emotional needs in High Wycombe . The right candidate will bring either Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) experience or substantial experience working with complex and challenging behaviours , alongside a proven ability to collaborate with external agencies, families, and multi-disciplinary teams.
