Behaviour Support Assistant £95-105 per day Immediate Start Qualiteach Yorkshire are looking for an experienced Behaviour Support Assistant for a specialist school in Leeds for children with moderate and complex learning needs. The setting is an SEN school, who are looking for someone with a range of experience to join their team ASAP. The Role: Working with children on a 1:1 and group basis who have a variety of needs, tailoring learning to suit them Working within a team and helping to build a comfortable environment for all children and staff, supporting challenging behaviour and SEN requirements Following care plans, EHCPs, Pupil Passports and other relevant documents Being comfortable with personal care is advantageous Using a holistic approach within a multi-disciplinary team of specialists Supporting the broad curriculum that involves core knowledge and non-subject specific learning What you will need: Experience of working with children who have complex needs
