Hello Education are currently recruiting Behaviour Support Assistants to work across schools in the Bradford area. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a rewarding role where your support, consistency and calm approach can help pupils overcome challenges and succeed.
The role: Supporting pupils who may display challenging behaviour

Providing calm, consistent and positive support throughout the school day

Helping to create a safe, structured and inclusive learning environment

Working closely with teachers and SEN staff to follow behaviour plans and strategies

Acting as a positive role model to build confidence, resilience and self-regulation

Were looking for people who: Have experience working with children or young people with behavioural needs (or a strong desire to develop this experience)

Can remain calm, patient and proactive in challenging situations

Communicate clearly and build positive relationships with pupils and staff

Hold an Enhanced DBS or are willing to apply for one
