About the role – Behaviour Mentor
I am working with this mainstream secondary school who are looking for a Behaviour Mentor to join their team ASAP. The successful Behaviour mentor will work with students with ADHD who promote positive behaviour and engagement in learning. You will provide targeted one-to-one and small group support, helping students to overcome barriers, build resilience, and reach their potential. This is a rewarding role for someone who is passionate about supporting young people and creating an inclusive, safe, and aspirational school environment.
About the school – Behaviour Mentor
This mixed secondary academy in Tower Hamlets caters to students aged 11–19. Newly opened in 2016, it is part of a wider multi-academy trust that also includes several primary schools.
