The Role - Behaviour Mentor

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will deliver tailored 1:1 support to KS1 and KS2 pupils who present challenging behaviours. You'll collaborate closely with teachers and senior leaders to apply effective behaviour strategies and maintain consistency throughout the school day. The ideal candidate will be calm, proactive, and dedicated to helping pupils build positive habits and improve self-regulation. Providing a structured, supportive, and encouraging environment will be essential in helping pupils make meaningful progress. Ideally, you will have previous experience supporting children with challenging behaviours.
