SANZA Teaching is working with an alternative school, seeking the right person for a meaningful behaviour mentor position in Lambeth: working with 15-16 year old boys facing social, emotional, mental health (SEMH) challenges - providing £95-£110 per day according to qualifications and experience. We're recruiting a committed behaviour mentor for this alternative provision facility helping students who benefit from positive role models. RESPONSIBILITIES OF A BEHAVIOUR MENTOR Assist SEMH pupils with ADHD and/or mild ASD, working in class sizes of 8 teenagers Serve as a youth mentor and TA with KS4 boys in a setting similar to a PRU Deliver educational guidance and support youth engagement in class - thikning outside the box is always great!
