Behaviour & Learning Support Assistant
Southwark | Immediate Start
We are seeking strong, composed LSAs to support students who may struggle with behaviour, focus or engagement.
Your impact:
- De-escalating situations calmly
- Keeping students engaged during lessons
- Acting as a positive role model
- Supporting behaviour improvement strategies
- Working closely with pastoral teams
Backgrounds That Fit Well:
- Youth work
- Sports coaching
- Behaviour mentoring
- PRU or alternative provision
- Ex-military or strong leadership backgrounds xbpsjku
