The Role As Store Director, you’ll oversee the daily operations of a refined and serene flagship space, combining premium beauty retail with treatment services. You’ll lead a high‑performing team of beauty experts and therapists, drive sales through clienteling and events, and ensure every guest receives a personalised, luxurious experience. Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional client service and meet commercial goals Curate and execute in‑store events and partnerships with neighbouring luxury businesses Uphold the highest standards of presentation, product knowledge, and wellbeing protocols Oversee daily operations including scheduling, stock management, reporting, and performance reviews Build strong, lasting client relationships with both local and international clientele
What We’re Looking For
A commercially driven leader from a luxury beauty or spa environment Exceptional team management and coaching skills Strong business acumen with a passion for client experience Confident in skincare, wellness, and personalised selling Available for a short‑term international training immersion (travel required)
