Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound calls to schedule service appointments with professionalism and care.
Build strong relationships with customers by providing timely and accurate information regarding vehicle service status.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Collaborate with the Service Department team to coordinate workflow and prioritize customer needs.
Maintain detailed and up-to-date customer records in the database.
Assist in resolving customer concerns promptly and efficiently to enhance the overall ownership experience.
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Experience in a BDC, customer service, or related role is .
