This permanent, full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role in one of the firm's most high-profile groups, alongside global colleagues and top-tier partners. \n \nKey Responsibilities: \n- Shaping and delivering practice-wide BD and marketing strategies \n- Creating compelling client pitches, credentials, and presentations \n- Maintaining key deal and client data for dynamic marketing output \n- Coordinating legal directory submissions and award entries \n- Crafting internal and external communications across multiple platforms \n- Planning high-impact client events and campaigns with measurable ROI \n- Championing our CRM tools to enhance targeting and relationship management \n \nThe Ideal Candidate: \n- 3+ years' BD/marketing experience in a legal or professional services setting \n- Exposure to multi-jurisdictional proposals and cross-border teams \n- Outstanding written communication and relationship-building skills \n- Proactive initiative, commercial awareness, and strong attention to detail \n- Confidence using CRM platforms like InterAction \n- A passion for the legal industry and building lasting client connections
