What's on Offer £13.50/hour + approx. £6,000 per year in tips OTE around £34,000 per annum 35 - 45 hours per week Straight shifts A mixture of shifts including many evenings off Latest finish typically 21:30 City centre location with excellent transport links About the Role We're looking for a Junior Sous Chef who is: Professional, presentable, and confident - this role involves significant front of house visibility. Well mannered and collaborative , able to slot into a close knit and supportive team. Passionate about producing fresh, vibrant, relaxed yet elegant dishes . Focused on flavour, consistency, and quality . Key Responsibilities Deliver high quality dishes with a strong emphasis on fresh ingredients and bold flavours. Support menu development and contribute creative ideas. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety. Train, mentor, and motivate junior team members. Work collaboratively with both back and front of house teams.
