Bathroom Sales and Operations Consultant (£70k OTE)

£30k basic + car allowance + realistic OTE £70k (uncapped)

This is not a typical sales role. It’s a sales and operations position with full ownership of branch performance. You’ll take charge of the entire customer journey – from first enquiry through to installation readiness – making a real impact at every stage.

What you’ll be doing:

* Converting leads into appointments and attending home visits

* Recommending tailored solutions and confidently closing sales

* Completing accurate surveys within customer properties (training available)

* Managing the dayto-day operation of the showroom and converting walk-in traffic

* Following up and converting centrally generated leads

* Building your own pipeline through networking and referrals

* Driving consistent performance across the branch, you will work closely with installation teams to ensure every project is delivered right first time

What you’ll bring:

* Experienced in a salesled, customer-facing role

* Confident working in customers’ homes

* Detail orientated, with the ability to manage surveys and specifications accurately

* Commercially focused, with a track record of converting opportunities into sales

* Proactive in generating business, not solely reliant on inbound leads

* The ability to balance customer care with performance delivery
