RATE OF PAY - £12.27 per hour plus amazing benefits 
HOURS – 37.5 hr per week 5 days over 7 to include evenings and weekends

OVERVIEW -

OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE -  
•\tNVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Hospitality & Catering
•\tBasic Food Hygiene Certificate
•\tExperience within a food and beverage service outlet for a minimum of 1 year
•\tKnowledge of working within a beverage led environment
•\tAbility to converse written and verbally in English

IMPLEMENTING OUR ‘YES, WE CAN’ PHILOSOPHY, YOU WILL - 
•\tBe responsible for helping to maintain a customer-focused culture which support the values expressed in the Resort Ambition and the Resort’s business goals of profitability and service quality.
•\tEstablishes and maintain effective and positive relationships within the team as well as other departments.
•\tComplies with the resort’s Health and safety, Hygiene policies as well as all other resort policies and procedures.
•\tMaintains an understanding and acceptance of the monthly budgets and a motivation to achieving these.
•\tMaintains an understanding of the controls in place that monitor performance of the Department
