Our client is seeking a Bars Manager to join the team based at their stunning venue featuring over 200 guest bedrooms, bright and airy event spaces, a heated indoor swimming pool and sauna, and a PGA-equivalent 18-hole golf course. They are looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual to join as a Bars Manager, to deliver a consistent and seamless service to maximise revenue through up-selling, service levels and cost control while creating an environment for customers which is stylish, contemporary, offering high quality beverage products. Key Responsibilities and Duties * Take responsibility for ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of all bars within the hotel. * Be completely responsible for the ordering, quality and probability of all beverage stock served throughout the hotel, ensuring that the amount of beverage related stock * Ensure that the bars are always organised to meet the needs of the business, with particular attention on beverage stock control, bar set ups and payroll. * Constantly drive to motivate the bar team members through confidence, leading from the front, ...
