You will be an experienced front of house professional with a strong bar background, confident leading a team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Youll have a hands-on approach, excellent customer service skills and the ability to keep standards high in a fast-paced environment.As Bar Supervisor you will:
Support the management team in the running of the bar
Lead the team during service, ensuring efficiency and excellent service
Maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness
Assist with stock control and ordering
Train and support junior team members
