you will be responsible for: The seamless running of the bar, including ensuring that all our standards are met by the team. Playing a key role in beverage creation, displaying innovative ideas to complement Dante's iconic cocktail cluture. Mentoring Bartenders and Barbacks and assisting all other team members in their knowledge and development. Creating and guiding the guest experience at the bar within Dante Creating memorable experiences for our guests, simultaneously ensuring that service is prompt and professional.
