Your Requirements:

As a Bar Manager we would love you to have:

- At least 5 years of Beverage experience with at least 2 years in managerial capacity - Personal License holder - Experience working in a fast-paced similar environment - Ability to lead a team of bartenders and cocktail waiters/waitresses - Customer focused - demonstrating exceptional guest service - Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written - Havea willingness to learn and grow within the business - Ability to maintain and set processes and standards - Certifications as required to comply with government regulations and health codes, such as Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness, Alcohol Certification
