Are you a passionate and dynamic bar manager looking for a new challenge? We are looking for an experienced, confident and motivated bar manager to run the recently renovated Bar at Manicomio Chelsea in Duke of York Square. Manicomio Chelsea Restaurant , is the flagship and first opening of the renowned Manicomio Group of fine Italian restaurants, a high standard dining experience with an exceptional outside space The Role: You will be the manager of the bar team working to exceed expectations, train and inspire your colleagues with your knowledge, skills and passion for exceptional drinks and great customer service. Working closely with the GM, you will: Take responsibility for the day to day setting up , stocking, ordering, training and closing of the bars Assist the General Manager with rotas and training Be responsible for stock control and cost control Have a hands-on approach to the role and to work closely with your bar team, leading by example and delivering an exceptional standard of service The ideal Bar Manager will: have significant previous cocktail bar experience have an excellent knowledge of classic and modern cocktails deliver excellent bartending skills, have an eye for detail and the ability to innovate. Be confident, capable and creative, with passion and commitment to delivering consistently excellent drinks Have the necessary energy , passion and enthusiasm to deliver , and train others, in providing a first class customer service. be financially aware in terms of staff costing and profitability , GPs and more be able to work efficiently whilst maintaining a first class standard of drinks. have some wine knowledge - WSET certification is an advantage be well presented with a strong command of written and spoken English. have the necessary paperwork enabling residency and full time work in the UK be flexible as you will work on a rota, 5 days out of 7 days Job Type: Full Time 40-48h per week What we offer: A competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package An inspiring and dynamic workplace within one of Londons most exciting new restaurants Ongoing training, mentoring, and career development opportunities within the Manicomio Group Access to the company pension scheme Exclusive staff discounts across all Manicomio Group restaurants
