We are looking for an experienced, confident and motivated bar manager to run the recently renovated Bar at Manicomio Chelsea in Duke of York Square. Manicomio Chelsea Restaurant , is the flagship and first opening of the renowned Manicomio Group of fine Italian restaurants, a high standard dining experience with an exceptional outside space The Role: You will be the manager of the bar team working to exceed expectations, train and inspire your colleagues with your knowledge, skills and passion for exceptional drinks and great customer service. Working closely with the GM, you will: Take responsibility for the day to day setting up , stocking, ordering, training and closing of the bars Assist the General Manager with rotas and training Be responsible for stock control and cost control Have a hands-on approach to the role and to work closely with your bar team, leading by example and delivering an exceptional standard of service The ideal Bar Manager will: have significant previous cocktail bar experience have an excellent knowledge of classic and modern cocktails deliver excellent bartending skills, have an eye for detail and the ability to innovate.
