Salary: £50,000 to £55,000

We’re looking for an experienced Bar Manager to take the lead at an exciting new opening in Central London. The bar plays a central role in the guest experience, so we’re looking for someone with strong product knowledge, a sense of theatre, and the ability to manage both pace and precision with ease.

You’ll oversee a passionate team and help deliver a drinks programme that feels creative, confident, and consistently well-executed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the bar operation from set-up to close
• Lead, train, and inspire a skilled bar team
• Maintain a refined drinks offering with a focus on quality and execution
• Work collaboratively with the wider floor and kitchen teams
• Oversee stock management, rotas, compliance and back-of-house organisation

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven bar management experience in a high-volume, quality-focused venue
• Excellent leadership and training skills
• Confident working service, guest-facing and hands-on
• Knowledge of trends, spirits, cocktails and wines
• Organised, calm under pressure, and great with people
