Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all aspects of bar operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery that reflects Hotel California's high standards
Lead, motivate and develop a team of bartenders and bar staff, fostering a positive work environment aligned with our company culture
Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize profitability while maintaining quality standards
Create innovative beverage menus and seasonal promotions that excite our guests
Ensure compliance with all licensing laws, health and safety regulations
Monitor stock levels, place orders with suppliers, and negotiate favorable terms
Handle guest complaints effectively and professionally, turning challenges into opportunities
Collaborate with other department heads to create cohesive guest experiences
Maintain financial records and provide regular reports to senior management
Stay current with industry trends and introduce relevant innovations to enhance our bar offering
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in bar management with a solid understanding of premium beverage service
Strong leadership abilities with a track record of team development
Excellent knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and current bar trends
Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Relevant qualifications in hospitality management or equivalent practical experience
