A prestigious private members club in Central London is seeking a skilled and motivated Banqueting Senior Chef De Partie to join its well-established kitchen brigade. The club delivers modern British cuisine at a consistent 2 AA Rosette standard, with a strong emphasis on seasonal ingredients and premium produce. You will be required to work 45 hours per week with all overtime paid hourly. Most shifts are Monday to Friday, though you may be required to work one Saturday per month and approximately four Sundays per year. Role Detail: Position: Banqueting Senior Chef De Par Private Members Club Modern British cuisine (2 AA Rosettes) Salary: £35,000-£36,000 plus £3,000£3,500 TRONC Location: Central London Contracted hours: 45 hours per week -Predominantly Monday to Friday
