We are currently seeking experienced Banksman / Slingers for contract work based in Invergordon

Key Responsibilities:

* Directing and signaling cranes safely on site

* Assisting with lifting, slinging, and moving loads

* Rigging and securing loads in compliance with safety standards

* Coordinating with crane operators and site personnel to ensure smooth operations

* Maintaining awareness of site hazards and following all health & safety procedures

Requirements:

* Valid CPCS Card or OPITO Certificate

* Previous experience as a Banksman / Slinger

* Strong understanding of crane operations and signaling procedures

* Excellent communication and safety awareness
