Job Description

We are working with a top-tier Irish law firm based in London for an Associate to join their Banking team.


The Role:

The successful candidate will join a dynamic Banking & Finance team, advising a wide range of domestic and international clients on complex finance transactions. Responsibilities include advising on trade finance, leveraged finance, real estate finance, and restructurings.


The associate will work with a range of clients including lenders, borrowers, major banks, funds and more. A willingness to participate in business development initiatives is desired.


Essential Criteria:

  • 2-4 years’ PQE;
  • Banking and finance law background;
  • Strong academics;
  • Technically excellent;
  • Willingness to become involved in business development;
  • Ability to work independently and as a team.
