The Role

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Banking and Finance lawyer to join a high performing Birmingham team at Legal Director level.

You will work across a broad range of sophisticated financing transactions, taking responsibility for drafting and negotiating facility agreements, security documentation and intercreditor arrangements, as well as managing conditions precedent processes from inception through to completion.

Working alongside highly regarded partners and recognised market leaders, you will gain early responsibility and direct client exposure from the outset.

• Banking & Finance Legal Director with 8+ years PQE
