A leading UK law firm is seeking an experienced Banking & Finance Lawyer (5+ years PQE) to join their renowned Banking & Finance team on an interim basis. This role will focus on Project Finance across a range of sectors, including infrastructure, transport, digital, social projects, and other large scale commercial developments.

About the Role You’ll be joining a market leading team, delivering support on complex financing transactions. The work will involve advising on all aspects of project finance structures, acting for a mix of lenders, sponsors, and developers.
