Job Title: Banking Business Analyst
Location: Northampton
Salary/Rate: £350
Start Date: 10/09/25 - 30/06/25
Job Type: Initial 9 Month Contract Inside IR35

Company Introduction:
We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading consultancy clients! They are currently looking for a skilled Business Analyst with extensive experience within the banking industry.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives:
You will be responsible for gathering and analysing business and technical requirements, leading stakeholder engagement, and supporting end-to-end solution delivery within an agile banking environment.

• Manage and drive articulation of requirements from a business and technical perspective
• Be the primary point of contact to the stakeholders for engagements under your management
• Provide input with solutioning proposal including design and associated costing
• Be at the forefront of interactions with clients to obtain requirements, impact assignments, create BRD's, design solutions, collaborate with various teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Work as a team or individually for the product enhancements on the deliverables.
• Proactively should run the complete flow from requirement gathering to delivery.
• Support project managers on generating status reports and analysis reports on a regular basis.

Required Skills/Experience:
The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Extensive skill in Business Analysis with Banking industry experience.
• Ability to work within an agile environment, with a good knowledge of project management techniques, analytical tools and processes
• Ability to juggle priorities and work under pressure
• Background in a bank, payments solutions provider or other fast-paced/complex environment essential
• Strong interpersonal skills as expected for dealing with an important client base

Desirable Skills/Experience

Although not essential, the following skills are desired by the client:

• Experience in Cards Issuing and Banking Regulatory.
