New Opportunity Join Us as a Bank Support Worker! ?Pay rate: £14.00 per hourShift pattern:10am6pm (Monday Sunday flexible shifts)Hours: 16 hour per weekRequirement: Full UK Driving Licence (essential youll enjoy trips out & driving the clients vehicle!)A meaningful role supporting someone to live life to the fullest.We are looking for caring, reliable and confident Support Workers to join a small team supporting an individual who lives at home with their family in Bristol, Little Stoke.This person has complex clinical needs, autism and behaviours that may present as challenging and they rely on a consistent team who truly understand them.What really matters, though, is supporting someone who is fun, active, and enjoys a structured routine.To help them make the most of these outings, were looking for people who know the local area and who hold a full UK driving licence.? What youll be doingAs a Support Worker, youll play an important role in helping this individual live safely, comfortably, and in a way that reflects their preferences. Your day might include:Providing high-quality support on a 1:1 basisCreating opportunities for meaningful activities at home and in the communityEncouraging social interaction and promoting emotional wellbeingSupporting communication in the way that works best for themHelping with routine household tasks to maintain a calm, organised environmentThis is a role where your presence genuinely makes a difference every day.?
