Active registration and PIN with the NMC Key Responsibilities:Assessment and Care Planning - assess residents' physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs to develop individual care plans that address their specific requirements. Medication Management - administer medications, ensuring accuracy, and maintain records according to regulations and company policies. Clinical Care - provide direct care, including wound care, catheter care, and other clinical procedures, ensuring residents receive appropriate and timely treatment. Supervision and Leadership - supervise other care staff, delegating tasks and ensuring that the care team delivers high-quality care. Communication and Collaboration - build strong relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals, communicating effectively and collaborating to achieve the best possible outcomes for residents.
