Overview: An NHS Trust in South London is seeking an experienced Band 8c General Manager to join their Urgent & Emergency Care (UEC) services. This is a pivotal senior leadership role responsible for operational performance, service transformation, and patient flow across the UEC pathway.

The post holder will lead service delivery across emergency care departments, drive improvements in performance and patient experience, and work closely with clinical and operational teams to ensure delivery of safe, effective, and responsive care.

Key Responsibilities: Provide senior operational leadership across urgent and emergency care services
