What you will do:

- Assess and treat patients within the Acute Frailty Unit, with opportunities to work in other hospital areas as needed.

- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for all patients.

- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and recovery processes.

- Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations and standards.


Requirements of the Physiotherapist:

- Qualified physiotherapist with a Degree or equivalent in Physiotherapy.

- Registered with the HCPC as a physiotherapist able to practice in the UK.

- Recent UK experience in specialised physiotherapy is essential.

- NHS experience would be advantageous but is not mandatory.
