You will work closely with a skilled multi-disciplinary team (MDT) to deliver high-quality, person-centred care for older adults.

What you will do: Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments within elderly care inpatient wards.

Work collaboratively with the MDT to provide holistic, patient-centred care.

Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
