Clerical Officer Band 3 Enniskillen Temporary - 6 months initially The Client: Health Care Trust The Role: The Jobholder will provide administrative support to the Access to Healthcare Manager and will liaise with individual departments, external bodies in relation to access to healthcare and the recovery of funds from paying/private patients. Hours of Work: 50hrs per week - Monday to Friday 0900-1700 Requirements: Essential Criteria: 4 GCSEs at Grades A-C including English Language and Mathematics or equivalent/higher qualification AND 1 years' experience in a clerical/administrative role OR 2 years' experience in a clerical/administrative role Experience in the use of Microsoft Office products including Word, Outlook and Excel Experience of Minute Taking in a formal setting Hold a current full driving licence which is valid for the use in the UK and have access to a car on appointment. This criterion will be waived in the case of applicants whose disability prohibits driving but who have access to a form of transport approved by the Trust which will permit them to carry out the duties of the post. In Return: Rate of Pay: £12.31 per hour Holiday Entitlement **Applicants must be authorised to work in the UK and Ireland.
