With no day being the same, you must use problem solving skills and be an accountable leader to manage the changes and challenges each day may bring.

This is a bench manager position - please note that the successful candidate will not be based at a single bakery, but will instead cover and support various bakery locations across the area such as: Summertown / Witney / Thame or Jericho
