An experienced Bakery Manager is required to lead one of the companys busy bakery sites. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day running of the bakery, including managing operations, maintaining 5-star hygiene standards, overseeing stock, audits and compliance, monitoring sales, staffing costs and P&L, leading recruitment, training and rotas, and ensuring exceptional customer service at all times while developing a high-performing team.

£40,000 salary
40-hour working week
Tips + monthly bonus
5-day week (TuesdaySaturday, occasional Sunday/Monday)

The Person

The successful Bakery Manager will have:
Food Hygiene Level 2 or 3
Minimum 1 year commercial kitchen experience
Minimum 1 year team leadership / people management experience
Organised, proactive, and hands-on leader
Passion for food and developing happy, high-performing teams
Bakery experience and P&L knowledge desirable
