Afterschool Club Baker – Part-Time (3 Days per Week)

Location: St Ives, Royston & CambridgeHours: 2pm – 6pm (3 days per week)Pay: £18 – £20 per hourContract: Ongoing, part-timeDriving required

REED is excited to be working in partnership with a creative and nurturing Afterschool Club that teaches primary-aged children the joy of baking! We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Baker to support the delivery of fun, hands-on baking sessions across three primary schools in Cambridgeshire.

About the Role

As the club’s Baker, you will:

• Lead small, engaging baking workshops for children aged 4–11
• Help inspire creativity, confidence, and independence through food
• Set up and clear down sessions
• Travel between schools in St Ives, Royston, and Cambridge (mileage can be discussed)
• Create a warm, encouraging and enjoyable learning environment

What We’re Looking For

You do not need formal baking qualifications – just a genuine interest in baking and a passion for working with children.The ideal candidate will be:

• Confident, patient, and great with young learners xbpsjku
• Organised, positive, and dependable
• Comfortable working independently
• Able to drive and travel between school sites
