Backshift Fabrication Supervisor Brompton-on-Swale £22.93 per hour, paid weekly Temporary to permanent opportunity We're currently recruiting for a Backshift Supervisor to join a well-established manufacturing client in Brompton-on-Swale. This is a fantastic opportunity with a market leader to secure a long term, permanent opportunity. The successful candidate will be supporting the Works Manager to ensure the smooth running of the factory and all day-to-day activities. What you'll be doing - Co-ordinate with the Works Manager/Supervisors on labour, materials and the flow of the work packages to maintain efficiency of the wider factory. Achieve the daily/weekly shop floor targets. Report statistics to the Works Manager. Be able to delegate and allocate workload. Assist in providing cover in the absence of Manager/Supervisor What we're looking for - Previous experience in a supervisor role within a factory setting Previous experience of working within the structural steel industry Well organised individual who is able to prioritise workload IOSH & First Aid at Work would be an advantage, training will be given to the successful candidate Excellent communication and peopl...
