JOB SUMMARY As a Back of House Supervisor in Stewarding department, you will be responsible for creating exceptional experiences for our guests. Your tasks as a Back of House Supervisor will include but not be limited to: Oversee the daily activities of kitchen porters, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards. Ensure that all kitchen areas, including dishwashing stations, floors, counters, and storage areas, are kept clean and organized. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards, including proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals. Prepare and maintain reports on cleaning operations, inventory levels, staff performance, and any incidents.
