This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate early years professional to take on a leadership role within the baby room, supporting a nurturing and stimulating environment for children aged 0-2 years.

Key Details:

Position : Baby Room Lead (Permanent)

Location : Outskirts of Boston, Lincolnshire

Hours : Full-time, rotating shifts between 7:00am and 6:00pm

Salary : £25,000 - £26,000 per year (dependent on experience and qualifications)

Start Date : ASAP

What We're Looking For:

A Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years or Childcare

Significant experience working with babies in a nursery setting

Previous leadership or senior practitioner experience (preferred)

A caring, confident, and organised approach

Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding requirements
