What youll be doing:
- Making outbound calls to prospective business clients
- Introducing and promoting our products/services
- Identifying customer needs and closing sales opportunities
- Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline
- Meeting and exceeding individual and team targets
- Accurately updating CRM systems with call outcomes
What were looking for:
- Previous B2B telesales or outbound sales experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Confident, resilient, and target-driven mindset
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
