This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced B2B Sales Executive who enjoys winning new business, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. As a B2B Sales Executive, your focus will be entirely on generating new business and developing client partnerships, while our internal team manages candidate attraction and delivery. This gives you the freedom to concentrate on what you do best: building relationships, creating opportunities, and growing revenue.

The role

As a B2B Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities across the UK. The B2B Sales Executive will play a key role in growing the client base, developing long-term partnerships, and supporting the continued growth of the business.

Key responsibilities

* Identify, target, and win new business opportunities across the UK

* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

* Promote temporary and permanent recruitment solutions across a range of sectors

* Work closely with the internal resourcing team to support successful client delivery

* Drive sales growth within your chosen market sector

* Manage your own pipeline and maintain high levels of sales activity

* Attend monthly team meetings and strategy sessions in Bradford, with regular check-ins on Teams

About you

* Previous experience in recruitment sales, business development, or B2B sales

* A confident and proactive approach to winning new business

* Comfortable with outbound sales activity and client acquisition

* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

* Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment

* Results-driven, ambitious, and focused on growth

What’s on offer

* Competitive basic salary of £27,500 - £30,000

* Uncapped commission with realistic OTE of £70,000 - £90,000+
