TMW are looking for an enthusiastic, conscientious Account Manager that will be seconded directly to one of our biggest clients. You will be at the heart of a busy B2B marketing team, working on successful base marketing campaigns, driving a digital first agenda. We want someone who is keen to build a career within B2B marketing. Someone who is fundamentally passionate about what they do, delivers a high standard of work and enjoys turning insights into action. The role will involve delivering outstanding marketing communications to the UK Business base, driving commercial benefit, customer satisfaction and engagement, whilst ensuring customer experience is at the heart of all activity. This is a key area since retaining customers, reducing churn and increasing volumes across the base to drive significant long-term revenue and to increase loyalty. Youll be comfortable liaising with various stakeholders across the business and leading the delivery of communications via a range of channels including Email, SMS/MMS, RCS and app push, with a clear focus on driving digital behaviours.
